Day 12

Today week 2 came to a close. With a game early this afternoon, I was unable to log any hours this morning but I was able to put in some time tonight after my game.

With all of the priming of the chairs and frames done, I noticed a few sport on the chairs that needed a little touch up with the primer. After that was complete, I spent time beveling the cut edges of the mahogany boards that I had cut in the wood shop on Thursday. Beveling is when you round off the edges of a 90 degree to smooth it out.

If you are unfamiliar with wood working, it may be hard to see, on the left is the unleveled edge and on the right is the beveled edge.

I was able to patch up primer spots and bevel 28 edges to 14 mahogany boards.

At the end of day 12, I had put in 1.5 hours of work.

This brings my total hours to 31

Completed:
1. Patched up primer
2. Beveled the edges of mahogany

Tomorrows tasks (weather permitting):
1. Paint
